Meredith is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in Health and Wellness, Women’s Health, Family Practice, and Clinical Research.

Meredith graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine Physician Assistant Program in 2000. She and her husband relocated to the Memphis area in 2018 and she joined Wellness MD family in 2022.

Meredith takes pride in taking time to listen to her patients and believes that there is never a “one-size- fits-all” solution. As a provider who genuinely cares, and as a patient herself who understands the struggles of weight loss and hormone imbalance, Meredith strives to constantly learn about new and alternative treatments that will benefit her patients, improve their physical and mental well-being, and advance quality of life. She looks forward to meeting you!

Meredith’s interests and hobbies include spoiling her 3 dogs, walking and spending time outdoors, swimming, and traveling with her husband.
