We offer several weight loss programs that all include one-on-one coaching, and include a customizable whole food protocol as well as meal replacement options. Our Lifestyle Program is our most popular largely because it relies on whole foods and offers many options. Our weekly meal plan makes it super easy for even the busiest of patients to be successful.
In addition, we also offer Ideal Protein. This is a medical treatment for obesity that was developed by a physician, almost 20 years ago. This tried and true method of three meal replacements a day along with one regular meal has proved to be an easy method for those who need pre-packaged meal replacement options.
